@ayrton I like using a very, very hard foam roller to use on my IT bands and flexors as much as I can. Those, and pigeon stretches, frog stretch and hamstring/groin stretches with a heavy resistance band! Often, the stretching is more painful than the workout, but it's necessary. :)

@followdaniella I'm a huge fan of the pigeon stretch, but foaming regularly probably yields the best results from my experience
