@colin_barnes I am curious to know how that week went? Did you use a specific app? I've never really tried to meditate much.

@guillaumebardet It went really well! I've used headspace so far and I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot. I've noticed I am much calmer immediately after meditating and I have better control of my mentality throughout the day.
