Stop going to sleep at 4 am

@calumptrck I found that my FitBit helped fix my sleep schedule. It gamifies sleeping a bit with its charts.
@calumptrck I had the same goal.. What I did was gradually sleep earlier.. Like if I'd usually sleep at 5 then aim to sleep at 4AM for a day or two and so on.
@amrith Last night I did 3am, aiming for 2am tonight 👌👌👌
