πŸ‹οΈ Build a habit to improve my shoulder mobility

Working at a desk (or more accurately a couch) on a laptop for five days a week, years in a row seriously fucks up your shoulder mobility. It prevents me from being able to be better at overhead squats and attempting to do handstand walking. I want to to try and build a habit to start foam rolling my lats on a daily base and do some more research on accessory work.

@aleks_muse completely agree! In the past I've been doing ROMWod on a daily base, which was really good. Unfortunately after some travelling I kinda forgot about it and stopped doing it all together πŸ™ƒ
I've been smashing my shoulders, lats, pecs and back daily now with a lacrosse ball. I've also scheduled my first appointment with a PT. Next goal break my snatch PR πŸ’ͺ
