On track for my first week. Another workout on Sunday and I'm 25% there πŸ’ͺ
If anyone is listening, Goals could benefit from Sub-Goals. My goals seem to be either high-level or helping me accomplish the high-level ones.
Started using Noom to track my intake. It's working pretty well for me.
