I've created a lot of iOS apps over the years, and found creating landing pages for each app incredibly repetitive. I always put a lot of effort into screenshots and descriptions for my App Store listing, so I made this site to extract all that juicy content and put it on a page that's a little more appealing and flexible than the iTunes Preview site.
@rrhoover interesting thing about it - it solves / helps with a serious problem - no eyes on the funnel in the most important phase - the product page itself. All stats are to remain in the hands of the different App stores.
We have developed something in-house to help us generate A/B tests for Play Store page conversion.
I came across Nate Parrot's goal to make 10 products in 10 days! I've been working on Intern For A Day (http://internforaday.co/) where companies/interns meetup to actually work with each other rather than impersonal job interviews/resumés.
I live life by the credo of learning by doing and I do that my learning something new everyday! And that's what Nate Parrot is doing too! He's just going "SCREW IT! I'm doing this!" and learning hugely along the way by building something new everyday! And it blows my mind!
So far he's done 3 products in 3 days so far which I'll be posting to Product Hunt all today. And I'll continue to post the next 7 over the next 7 days!
Stay Tuned for more hunts!
Really needs video support for App Previews. Not sure how to get those from the web version of iTunes, but they are in the mobile app. Spent a bunch of time on my vid and would love to see it there. Also, generally if you can get at the iPhone 6 screenshots, that would be way awesomer, can't stand to look at that 5s vector art anymore :P. Emojiyo page: http://app-stop.appspot.com/id/9...
@emablekos I totally agree. App Previews aren't sent in the App Store JSON I'm using — and neither are iPhone 6 screenshots, weirdly enough. But it looks like the assets you see in iTunes Connect have public URLs, so it may be possible to achieve that by scraping the iTC page.
@nateparrott Short term solution might be to make a slideshow in the top phone. As someone who has recently made an app, I can only say that a single screenshot makes me a bit sad :( And some reviews in pullquote form would be sweet!

Love that his exports to Github. Would be great if this worked with the iTunes search API so I could just search for my App instead of getting the link.
Is very simple and basic. I think appsites has a better page layout, but the free version has to be hosted using their domain and not yours. Still for some people, probably a quick easy solution for making a site. Especially if you are just going to make it and forget it.
