I have been using Zoho Cliq and Zoho People for some time now, and I must say that they have been effective tools for managing my team's performance and KRA. With these tools, I am able to set goals and track the progress of my team members, which has helped us to stay on track and achieve our objectives. The performance tracking feature in Zoho People is particularly useful, as it allows me to monitor individual and team performance, and identify areas where improvement is needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Zoho Cliq and Zoho People to other managers and teams looking for an effective performance management and KRA tracking tool. While it may have some limitations in terms of time tracking, it more than makes up for it with its strong features in other areas.

One of the best simple and affordable crms out there, I've been using it for years and I can say they nailed almost every aspect of a simple and streamlined workflow. Only thing I wish was better was the email integration and tracking which can be confusing and clucky at times.

I like how comprehensive Zoho's suite of services are, it may be a bit daunting and overwhelming at first given all the different settings, features and pretty much just everything you can do with it.
