The best thing that I find with Truva AI is that it helps you learn on the fly. Who wants to keep going through an entire rabbit hole of documentation with no end and you say the agents help you accomplish your tasks too! be it CRMs to software. Want to update a contact in the CRM, trigger a campaign email, handle payroll tasks, even get analytics? Apparently its real! Its like a new best friend at work
I might be biased, but I've started adding Truva to every product I use—from CRM to recruiting software. It simplifies my experience so much, not just giving me back my time but also removing the cognitive load of learning the product! It makes the extra effort totally worth it!
As someone new to the CRM world, Truva's Pipedrive copilot is very helpful for using the product without reading detailed documentation on all things Pipedrive. I even use the copilot to take actions on my behalf without having to look up how to do it myself in Pipedrive's documentation.
I can definitely see this technology reducing onboarding times for new users and making products generally much easier to use as a whole.
Using a product without going through the never-ending documentation can be great time saver, making it so much effortless to work with.
I can see this technology solving a real problem and making life of its users so much easier !
