I keep a Notion document filled with links to site designs I really like. I add to it whenever I encounter a new one. Every once in a while I'll grab screenshots of the newest pages and go through them in more detail, making notes about aspects I like as well as why I think they work well. Eventually I'm going to start a newsletter with the breakdowns :)
I stay updated on UI/UX design trends and best practices by following influential designers on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram, and by subscribing to design-centric newsletters like UXDesign.cc. Additionally, attending webinars and workshops has proven invaluable for real-time insights and networking with fellow professionals.

I find the design community on X (twitter) really helpful for inspirations and new tools. Other than that https://godly.website/ has been my go to these days.

Subscribe to newsletters offered by design platforms or designers.
Just 2 things - 1. Know your personal style preferences, like minimal design, flat design, 3D, etc. Find 10 people or accounts you admire for their work, and follow them. Observe their work. 2. Build and evolve your own designs keeping them close to your personal preferences as noted above. Design is subjective, totally get that. Things you love today, you might hate tomorrow. So the best way is to learn and evolve your own personal style. Find design resources that can help you build your personal style upon.
